Class Topic: Drumming Up Joy During Covid
BEGINNERS WELCOME!
EVERYONE HAS RHYTHM!
In this class we will drum together to help you increase your well being by boosting your immune system , body, mind, and spirit.
Learn to place your joyous intention into rhythm, be inspired by Rabbi Nachman of Breslov’s famous saying ("It is a great mitzvah to live in the state of happiness”), and explore guided imagery with drumming.
NO music experience is necessary.
Don't have a drum? No worries. Click the following link to see some great ideas for items around the house that can work well. We will go over more ideas in class.
